HI Jay ..... I need your help again...please. We have a new distributor so I need changes made to the patch pages. Please let me know if this is okay.

LbNA patch Orders
For individual orders print out this form, send a SASE and $2.15 per patch to

When Kay receives the minimum order of 50 patches, she will send it in.
If you are ordering 50 LbNA logo patches on your own call:

and be ready with your credit card. They will tell you the cost plus shipping and handling.
After 100 patches, the more you purchase per order the cost goes down. You will need to send an example of the patch to them at:
